Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle Indonesia in Bogor is seeking a packaging artwork development lead to coordinate local projects from conception to launch. You will manage suppliers, ensure timelines, and oversee artwork from initial concept through proofing, color tolerance, and final approval.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
• 2+ years in Packaging Artwork Development or Graphic Design.
• Strong knowledge of packaging development and food packaging requirements.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder skills.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate artwork development for local markets.
• Bargain with suppliers to meet delivery targets.
• Coordinate projects with supplier timelines, RPQC/WebCenter.
• Provide on-site proofs and color tolerance.
• Ensure launch targets are met for delivered results.
• Prepare integrated reports on artwork development and project activities.
• Analyze data results and deliver completed reports.
• Discuss with supervisor to achieve integrated results.
• Support continuous improvement projects and cost-saving targets.
• Assist with KPI achievement and cross-functional collaboration.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead and coordinate all artwork development both of new development or existing modification for local markets:
  • Bargaining with supplier in term of target delivery.
  • Coordinate artwork development project involving all related part including supplier follow timeline target.
    WebCenter and RPQC process.
  • Proof on the Spot process and color tolerance provide.
  • Make sure the result delivery achieving the launching target.
• Giving good integrated report for all artwork development process and project activities:
  • Collect and analysis all data result.
  • Provide the completed report by acknowledged involved department.
  • Discuss with superior in order to make good and integrated result.
• Support and give valuable input for every continues improvement project:
  • Give input how to solve the problem/improve the process.
  • Together with SC department achieving the target of Cost Saving Project.
  • Support for KPI department achievement.
• Support and Finalize all Global Packaging Project:
  • Food Safety Packaging Implementation.
  • Color management implementation.
• Capable to be a leader for certain project:
  • Capable to lead a meeting for finalize the project.
  • Capable to arrange and conduct a project meeting.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Packaging Technology, Graphic Design, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Packaging Artwork Development, Packaging Technology, or Graphic Design within FMCG or manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of packaging development, food packaging requirements, and artwork management processes.
• Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Quality Systems, and Packaging Compliance.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant graphic design tools.
• Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and continuous improvement mindset.
