PT. Bumimulia Indah Lestari is seeking a Plant Manager with a strong background in extrusion and printing operations. The role requires a minimum of five years of experience overseeing complex manufacturing environments and leading performance improvements.

The candidate should hold a technical engineering degree and demonstrate effective leadership, strategic planning, and adherence to safety standards in an expanding packaging and plastics production setting.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant Manager, preferably in Packaging or Printing.
• Strong understanding of Extrusion Processes and Printing Operations.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to manage production operations, workforce, and operational performance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage overall plant operations, including Extrusion and Printing processes.
• Direct daily production activities, establish production targets, and manage workflow schedules to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure production plans align with plant capacity, customer requirements, and financial objectives.
• Manage, monitor, and evaluate employee performance, and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Implement and enforce workplace safety standards while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
