Job summary

PT Integra Mitra Solusi seeks a Technical Solution / Presales Engineer - Audio Visual to analyze client needs, design AV and audio systems, and support project implementation. You will create system concepts, topologies, BOQs, and provide technical demonstrations and proof of concept.

Role requires 2+ years in presales/engineering in AV, capable of producing Visio/AutoCAD topologies, and strong communication. Occasional travel and overtime may be required. Annual bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Analyze client technical requirements and design AV solutions.
• Prepare topologies, system concepts, BOQ, and technical docs.
• Present solutions, demonstrate products, and run proof of concept.
• Provide on-site/remote support during implementation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with Sales, Principal, and clients to ensure proper delivery.
• Capable of creating presentations, demos, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Join PT Integra Mitra Solusi as a Technical Solution / Presales Engineer - Audio Visual. You will be directly involved in analysing client needs, designing solutions, and supporting project implementation with the team.

Key responsibilities

Analyze and identify client technical requirements

Design Audio Visual and Audio System solutions aligned with client needs, budget, and field conditions

Create system concepts, topologies, signal flow diagrams, BOQ, and other technical documentation

Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, proof of concept, and test commissioning

Provide technical support during implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting processes

Coordinate with Sales, Principal, and clients to ensure solutions are implemented effectively

About you

Minimum education: SMA/SMK, D3, or S1 in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Sound Engineering, Audio Production, or related field

Minimum 2 years experience in Presales/Engineer roles, particularly in Audio Visual

Capable of performing analysis, solution design, presentations, demonstrations, and troubleshooting

Proficient in Visio or AutoCAD for creating topologies

Strong communication skills, initiative, and sense of responsibility

Willing to work overtime or travel outside the city for official duties when required
