Responsibilities

• Identify future customer needs and develop services and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Improve solid-liquid separation with BASF product in thickening operation to achieve desired solid percentage, settling rate, and clarity target in 6 thickeners circuit at Freeport Concentrating Division.
• Improve filtering process performance in Dewatering Plant operation to achieve desired moisture of dry concentrate before it was shipped and delivered in 6 Dewatering Plant circuits.
• Troubleshoot problems on Freeport Downstream Production area (Thickeners, Pipeline, Dewatering Plant area), and support on comminution, and separation area by involved on daily issues, commissioning, and related matters.
• Maintain BASF’s reagent stocks and supply chain to ensure safe and sustainable production.
• Maintain site office, field, and laboratory equipment to uphold high professional standards.
• Plan and conduct lab or plant trials related to water properties, concentrate properties, tailing products, and dewatering plant filters performance.
