Nusantics sedang mencari Staf Teknis Penjualan untuk memberikan dukungan teknis kepada peternak shrimp, termasuk operasional, aplikasi produk, dan kebutuhan layanan. Anda akan bekerja dengan tim Komersial untuk menindaklanjuti pertanyaan pelanggan, masalah teknis, serta kemajuan layanan di lapangan.

Posisi ini melibatkan kunjungan ke lapangan, pengumpulan data operasional, serta analisis awal terhadap kinerja produk. Pengalaman di bidang aquaculture atau penjualan teknis menjadi nilai tambah.

Qualificações

• Gelar sarjana di akuakultur, perikanan, biologi, atau bidang terkait.
• Kemampuan analisis data dan pelaporan menggunakan spreadsheet.
• Pengalaman komunikasi yang baik untuk koordinasi dengan pelanggan dan tim internal.

Responsabilidades

• Memberikan dukungan teknis dan konsultasi kepada peternak shrimp terkait operasional sangat teknis dan kebutuhan layanan.
• Bekerja sama dengan tim Komersial untuk menindaklanjuti pertanyaan pelanggan, isu teknis, kemajuan layanan, dan umpan balik.
• Mengatur kunjungan ke lapangan, jadwal sampling, dan aktivitas field dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait.
• Mengumpulkan, mengorganisasi, dan memvalidasi data operasional farm serta informasi sampel untuk uji lapangan.
• Mengesahkan kebutuhan pelanggan dan peluang teknis, serta memberikan rekomendasi produk/layanan.

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Marine Science, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Basic understanding of shrimp farming operations, aquaculture practices, and farm management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with customers, farmers, and internal teams.

Proficient in data processing and reporting using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with RStudio and Metabase is an advantage.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and organized in data management, documentation, and activity reporting.

Able to conduct field visits, work directly with shrimp farmers, and travel to customer sites as required.

Able to analyze technical information, identify customer needs, and communicate practical recommendations.

Previous experience in technical sales, aquaculture, shrimp farming, or customer facing technical support is an advantage.

Job Description:

Provide technical support and consultation to shrimp farmers regarding farm operations, product applications, and service requirements.

Coordinate with the Commercial team to follow up on customer inquiries, technical issues, service progress, and customer feedback.

Coordinate farm visits, sampling schedules, and field activities with farmers, hatcheries, laboratory teams, universities, and other relevant stakeholders.

Collect, organize, and validate farm operational data and sample information to support field trials, technical assessments, and customer recommendations.

Identify customer needs and potential technical opportunities, and provide relevant product or service recommendations in collaboration with the Commercial team.

Monitor field trial progress and key performance indicators, and conduct preliminary analysis to evaluate product or service performance.

Identify and communicate potential technical risks, operational issues, and data discrepancies to the relevant teams in a timely manner.

Prepare technical reports, data summaries, tables, and visualizations to support customer reviews, project evaluations, and sales activities.

Support the verification of laboratory and sequencing reports, where applicable, and coordinate follow-up requests for additional analyses or results.

Document customer interactions, technical discussions, field activities, and follow-up actions, while maintaining organized records of project data, reports, and relevant SOPs.
