Job summary

Japfa is seeking a field-based Aquaculture Technical Specialist to deliver on-site solutions across shrimp farms. You will monitor water quality, feeding programs, shrimp health, and diagnose production challenges to drive productivity and profitability.

This role requires a Bachelor in Aquaculture or related field, 3–5 years shrimp farming or technical service experience, strong English, and willingness to be placed at farms in Indonesia and abroad. Travel and field assignments are routine.

• Strong technical expertise in shrimp culture and farm diagnostics.

• Willing to be placed at farm locations across all STP units abroad and in Indonesia.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Memberikan solusi teknis langsung di lapangan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan profitabilitas tambak udang.
• Memantau kualitas air, program pemberian pakan, dan kesehatan udang untuk mengidentifikasi peluang peningkatan kinerja budidaya.
• Menganalisis permasalahan di tingkat tambak serta memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat diterapkan untuk tindakan perbaikan.
• Membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan pelanggan melalui kunjungan lapangan rutin dan pendampingan teknis.
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim penjualan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan dan mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis.
• Menyusun laporan yang informatif mengenai performa tambak, masukan pelanggan, dan kondisi pasar.

Kualifikasi

• Sarjana (S1) Budidaya Perairan, Perikanan, atau bidang terkait.
• Memiliki pengalaman 3-5 tahun di bidang budidaya udang atau layanan teknis (Technical Service).
• Memiliki pemahaman teknis yang kuat mengenai budidaya udang dan analisis/diagnosis permasalahan tambak.
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris dengan baik serta memiliki kemampuan komunikasi teknis yang efektif.
• Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam menangani pelanggan dan menyelesaikan masalah.
• Berorientasi pada pekerjaan lapangan serta memiliki kemampuan adaptasi yang tinggi.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi tambak pada seluruh unit STP di luar negeri maupun Indonesia
