Job summary

YuichiTech Engineering Solutions in Gresik is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive technical sales and build strong customer relationships on-site. You will identify client needs, prepare technical proposals, and present engineering solutions aligned with project specifications.

You will collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure feasibility, accurate cost estimates, and timely execution of proposals, while maintaining regular site visits and a proactive sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
• Experience in EPC, industrial construction, or related sectors is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site and visit clients regularly in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and prepare technical proposals and quotations.
• Present engineering solutions that align with client requirements and project specs.
• Respond to technical inquiries and provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Conduct site visits and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with proactive prospecting.
