Job summary

PT Dover Chemical is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Development professional to expand the market for chemical construction products in Indonesia. You will conduct product trials at customer sites, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and actively pursue target-based outcomes across the Indonesian market.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in the concrete or construction chemicals sector, and availability for travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
• 5+ years of experience in precast concrete, ready-mix concrete, or construction chemicals.
• Experience with concrete admixtures and their applications.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations and technical trials at customer sites.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.

At least 5 years of experience in the precast concrete, ready-mix concrete, or construction chemicals industry.

Experience with concrete admixtures and their applications.

Experience conducting product demonstrations and technical trials at customer sites.

Understanding of the precast and ready-mix concrete businesses.

Possess a positive attitude, high motivation, initiative, and a can-do mindset.

Proficient in computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Must hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A).

Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.

Willing to travel to all city in Indonesia.

Well-connected with concrete admixture customers.
