Job summary

PT Adhi Cakra Utama Mulia is seeking a capable Technical Support / Application Engineer to advise customers on building materials and project applications. You will travel for site visits, conduct inspections and provide practical technical solutions, while supporting the sales team with technical requirements.

The role requires a civil/construction/materials background, 2–3 years of related experience, and the ability to train applicators and contractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction, materials engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical support, application engineering, site engineering, construction, or related fields.
• Experience in building materials or construction products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction and product application.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Able to conduct product demonstrations and training.

Customer-oriented and able to work with Sales teams.

Willing to travel and conduct regular site visits.

Valid driving license is preferred.

Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.

Willing to be placed in Bali.
