Job summary

Tada in Indonesia seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding from deal sign to go-live, ensuring a smooth client experience. You will handle technical inquiries, prepare proposals and workflows, and collaborate across teams.

The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management, proven negotiation experience, and the ability to read API documentation and execute Postman requests. This on-site role at Product & Operations requires a bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.35, English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.35.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read API documentation and execute requests via Postman.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding from deal signing to go-live.
• Handle technical inquiries and prepare proposals/workflows.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure client success.
• Deliver trainings and socialization sessions on project implementation.
• Coordinate projects across On-Premise, On-Cloud, and SaaS.
• Develop timelines and ensure timely delivery; conduct testing/UAT.
• Create and review BRDs and SOPs to meet business needs.
• Communicate effectively to prevent miscommunication with clients.
