Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to lead the deployment of Saas-based logistic product solutions for a key retail client in Indonesia. The TAM will manage end-to-end deployments, plan project milestones, and supervise on-site rollouts across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in software implementation and project management, preferably in retail or supply chain industries.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability to evolving client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of product solutions for retail clients in Indonesia, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
• Develop detailed deployment plans with milestones, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Travel across Indonesia to supervise rollouts, provide hands-on technical guidance, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to maintain clear communication and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-deployment support in both English and Bahasa.
• Execute rigorous testing to ensure software functionality, performance, and reliability; resolve deployment issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate deployment records, document issue resolutions, and present regular progress reports to management.
