Job summary

SUN Mobility Technology in Indonesia seeks a hands-on Product Manager to own day-to-day delivery across ERP, CRM, telematics and analytics initiatives. You’ll write FRDs and integration specs, groom the backlog, and coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

You’ll translate requirements into actionable user stories, own acceptance criteria, perform UAT sign-off, and report status to leadership with a disciplined, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Manager / Product Owner / Technical PM, incl. 2+ years running 3+ concurrent initiatives.
• Technical literacy to specify REST APIs, webhooks, data schemas; write integration specs.
• Writes specifications in English to a standard that external partners build from without rework.
• Proven vendor/implementation-partner management with scope, timeliness and quality focus.
• Structured, self-directed follow-up discipline and systematized backlog documentation.
• Discipline in backlog tooling (ClickUp, Jira, Linear) and ability to run cadence, not just update tickets.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day product backlog and delivery cadence across multiple initiatives.
• Write FRDs, user stories, and integration specs for engineers and partners.
• Define acceptance criteria and own UAT sign-off.
• Maintain master-data definitions across ERP/CRM and analytics platforms.
• Run demos, collect feedback, and close the loop.
• Triage follow-up queue and convert outcomes into tracked work items.
• Coordinate with telematics, IoT, SAP/Odoo partners on integrations.
• Translate between operations, finance, and engineering; report status to leadership.
