Job summary

Xapiens Teknologi Indonesia is seeking a hardware-focused Product & Scrum Facilitator for Fleeto, overseeing the product lifecycle from concept to launch and collaborating with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features.

The role blends field execution with agile practices, requiring 2–4 years in IoT hardware and backlog management. Willingness to travel and a valid SIM license are required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required or equivalent; prefer Electrical/Automotive/Information Systems/Mech.
• 2–4 years in IoT hardware or digital/physical product development.
• Valid SIM A or SIM C; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the product lifecycle of Fleeto from concept to launch.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams.
• Deliver high-quality features that solve user problems.
• Build and prioritize backlog with refined user stories.
• Sprint Planning: guide sprint planning with the Scrum Master; clarify feature scope.
• Requirements translation: convert business ideas into detailed technical requirements.
