Job summary

PT Flextronics Technology Indonesia in Batam is seeking a Quality Engineer to own product quality across the full life cycle and to support SpinCo after the planned spin-off in Q1 2027. • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with ISO 9000/14000 standards
• Proficient in quality tools and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Own quality for the full life cycle of the assigned family.
• Lead yield and claims improvements using QCC across the product life cycle.
• Develop and implement quality control plans.
• Support PFMEA reviews and producibility assessments.
• Drive cross-functional RCCA actions and track resolutions.
• Lead QCC meetings and escalate quality alarms as needed.
