Job summary

PT Baria Bulk Terminal in Jakarta seeks a Technical Lubricants Specialist (Staff / Supervisor) to apply mechanical engineering knowledge to automotive and industrial lubrication challenges. You will analyze CoA data, assess gear oils and greases, and provide practical lubrication recommendations to customers and internal teams.

The role requires at least two years in lubrication, strong problem solving, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the lubricant industry, particularly in:
• Gear oils
• Greases
• Strong understanding of automotive and industrial machinery systems.
• Able to analyze and interpret laboratory test results, including Certificates of Analysis (CoA).
• Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
