Job summary

ADI Resourcing is seeking a proactive professional to plan product development, including new products and strategic discontinuations, in order to strengthen and sharpen the existing product portfolio across markets and applications.

The role covers quality assurance via sampling and laboratory coordination to analyze product samples, prepares technical training materials for distributors and customers, organizes seminars and workshops, builds product data sheets, informs regulatory standards,

Responsibilities

• Product Development: Develop a plan of product development (new product) and plan discontinued products to strengthen and sharpen existing product portfolio.
• Inspection, Testing and Quality Assurance: Quality check by sampling and testing at regular intervals or at incoming product; Coordination with laboratory to analyze product samples; Reduce quality related problems.
• Technical Services: Prepare and develop technical training material for distributors and customers; Organize seminars/trainings/workshops for sales, distributors or end users; Make competitor product quality benchmarks; Develop Product Data Sheets or Technical Data Sheets for Company's products; Inform the company on technical trends, up-to-date lubricant specifications and regulations.
• Customer Management: Advise and help customers or distributors to select proper lubricant for their application and ensure proper utilization of the products; Handle all customer complaints within a specified time and provide proper feedback and reporting.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

• Coordination with laboratory in order to analyze the sample of product

TECHNICAL SERVICES

• Prepare and develop technical training material to distributors &customers
• Organize seminar/training/workshop for sales, distributor or end user
• Make competitor product quality bench mark
• Develop Product Data Sheet or Technical Data Sheet for company's products
• Give information to the company on technical trends, up to date lubricant specification, and regulation of the product

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
