Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• Proven experience handling Industrial Bearings, Power Transmission, or Maintenance Consumables in Industrial or Mining sectors.
• Deep knowledge of global bearing brands (e.g., NTN, SKF, Schaeffler, Timken) and their fixed plant applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills to bridge technical products and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management for Industrial Bearings, Tools, and Consumables (Fixed Plant).
• Act as the expert representative for global brands in the portfolio.
• Advise internal teams and external clients on application engineering, parts interchange, and product selection for heavy industrial and mining plants.
• Stay updated on market developments to integrate new relevant industrial products into the business ecosystem.

• Product Portfolio Management: Manage and provide specialized technical knowledge for Industrial Bearings & Accessories (Fixed Plant), Maintenance Tools, and Consumables (Adhesives and Lubricants).
• Brand Ownership: Act as the expert representative for an elite lineup of global brands.
• Technical Solutioning: Advise internal teams and external clients on application engineering, parts interchange, and product selection for heavy industrial and mining plants.
• Market Expansion: Stay updated on market developments to integrate new relevant industrial products into the existing business ecosystem.
• Background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience handling Industrial Bearings, Power Transmission, or Maintenance Consumables within the Industrial or Mining sectors.
