Job summary
PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA seeks a Lead Software Engineer to guide technical analysis, system architecture, and development planning in Jakarta. You will break down requirements into tasks, design robust backend systems, and drive architectural decisions across microservices and distributed systems.
The ideal candidate brings senior leadership, deep problem-solving skills, and experience with backend engineering, databases, and DevOps collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of Software Engineering experience, with Senior Engineer/Tech Lead experience.
- Strong knowledge of Backend Engineering, System Architecture, and System Design.
- Experienced with Microservices, Distributed Systems, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of ERD, Use Case, and Sequence Diagrams.
- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Fintech/Payment/Financial Systems experience is a plus.
- Node.js/TypeScript experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
