Head of Product Delivery (Full-Stack AI)

We’re looking for a Head of Product Delivery to lead the end-to-end execution of our AI Super Agents across global enterprises. This isn’t your typical delivery role, it’s full-stack command in the field. You’ll partner with CXOs, engineers, and delivery partners to turn complex AI deployments into real business outcomes. The Role

CalvinBall Technologies is building AI Super Agents for global enterprises – and delivering them in the wild requires a rare species.

We are not hiring a delivery manager. We are looking for a full-stack AI field general – someone who can:

Architect. Execute, Euphoria, Recover. Repeat.

If a delivery partner stalls, you don't elevate via long emails – you step in personally, fix it, and reset the rhythm. You're as comfortable speaking to enterprise CXOs as you are SSH-ing into servers.

You will complement our CTO (who leads platform evolution), by taking ownership of real-world execution and delivery velocity across multiple enterprise deployments – with both leadership and literal keyboard ability.

This is a high-visibility role working directly with:

• CTO – Platform & Technical Excellence
• Country heads – Regional growth and stakeholder orchestration

This isn't back-office coordination. This is the front-line command of forward deployments.

What You'll Own

• End-to-End AI Delivery Across Enterprises – Integrations, architecture, data flows, user enablement, production rollout.
• Direct Client Leadership – You will lead calls, manage expectations, negotiate scope, and enforce clarity for the scope of the deliveries
• Delivery Partner Orchestration – Our partners run on commission. You enable them when they're sharp – and directly override them when they're not.
• Rituals & Escalation Frameworks – Establish predictable cadence (standups, risk ladders, SLA checkpoints) without becoming a bureaucratic gatekeeper.
• Hands-On Engineering Intervention – When things break, you debug, patch, or rewrite yourself. No powering through via spreadsheets.

What You Must Be

• Experienced – Minimum 8+ years of relevant hands-on experience in full-stack engineering, AI product delivery, or enterprise-grade implementations.
• Full-stack technical – Can code across backend/front-end/APIs/cloud. Python/Node/JS/LLM/automation pipelines strongly preferred.
• AI-native – You've delivered or integrated AI/LLM/data automation products in production.
• Structured and assertive – You can build process and enforce it – without slowing down execution.
• Comfortable leading CXOs, engineers, and partners alike.
• Time-zone fluid and execution first.
• Fluent in English – both written and conversational. Bahasa Indonesia is optional.
• Must be willing to operate across India / SEA / EU / US time zones when required.

Success After 3 Months Looks Like

• Every active enterprise project has a clear operating cadence – no ambiguity on tasks, owners, or next milestones.
• Escalations are handled proactively – before clients feel pain.
• Delivery partners are either performing under your framework, or you've personally taken over critical tracks.
• You've personally shipped fixes or components at least twice – proving you still build, not just supervise.
• You've earned trust from CTO, CBO, and CGOS – not through presentations, but through visible problem-killing.

Bonus Points

• Experience at Palantir, Snowflake, UiPath, Accenture Digital, Anduril, or similar delivery-first AI/SaaS orgs.
• You've built delivery frameworks or playbooks before.
• You've rescued failing deployments without drama.
