Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 2 years of experience in concrete manufacturing or the construction industry.
• Knowledge of concrete manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of concrete structures.
• Knowledge ofTPS and Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and maintain safety throughout manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and report material and component usage to support cost management.
• Apply knowledge of concrete manufacturing processes and systems.
• Utilize knowledge of concrete structures in manufacturing operations.
• Implement manufacturing systems such as TPS and Kaizen.
• Support production planning and inventory control activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
