Job summary

SCG Readymix Indonesia is seeking a Quality Manager to implement and oversee product quality management systems at the batching plant and site areas. You will lead QC training for employees and perform routine inspections to identify issues and corrective actions.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 3 years of concrete/ready-mix experience, with strong knowledge of concrete casting, slump tests, and safety standards. Leadership and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Implement product quality management system policies that work well at PT SCG Readymix Indonesia

Carry out concrete quality control training at PT SCG Readymix Indonesia for employees

Conduct routine inspections or audits to see working conditions, equipment and worker habits to identify problems related to quality control and determine corrective actions

Conduct investigations in the event of a concrete (beton) product quality failure (concrete hardening setback, rapid slump loss, cracking, low compressive strength, segregation, bleeding, etc.

Create, maintain, communicate, and conduct training related to quality product management in force at PT SCG Readymix Indonesia.

Supervises the quality product management system that runs in the work area.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete, ready-mix, or construction projects.

Strong understanding of concrete casting, quality control, slump test, and concrete quality standards.

Able to read technical drawings and project specifications.

Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

Capable of preparing work reports and supervising field activities.

Willing to work Batching Plant / site areas.

Understanding of safety (HSE/K3) and quality standards.
