Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor for a building material company in Cikampek, Karawang. The role focuses on developing and enforcing safety and environmental programs to safeguard workers and assets.

You will lead risk assessments, audits, training, and incident investigations, ensuring ISO and SMK3 compliance. English proficiency is required; at least five years in manufacturing HSE and K3 Umum certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High conversational English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of HSE management and relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs and procedures per policies and regs.
• Conduct regular inspections, safety observations, and environmental monitoring.
• Lead HIRADC/HIRADZ and JSA activities.
• Monitor ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, SMK3 compliance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE laws and government requirements.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain timely HSE reports and performance metrics.
• Track HSE KPIs and suggest continuous improvements.
• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, inductions, and awareness programs.
• Coordinate with management, employees, contractors on HSE matters.
• Support internal/external HSE audits; ensure follow-up actions.
• Maintain HSE documentation and records.
• Promote safety culture and environmental awareness across the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
