Job summary

PT Nityo Infotech in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end software projects. You will coordinate with product owners, architects, engineering teams, and business leaders to deliver on time, on budget, and with quality.

The role requires strong PM skills, familiarity with Jira/Confluence/MS Project, and a track record of managing complex insurance projects. You will optimize delivery, manage risks, and report progress to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management in insurance industry.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
• Strong understanding project management process
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
