Job summary

Techconnect is seeking an experienced digital transformation leader to drive strategic software engineering initiatives. You will design, develop, and deploy digital platforms, web portals, and APIs while guiding cloud-native architecture and system integrations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, promote DevSecOps and Agile practices, and ensure cybersecurity and governance across projects. The role demands 7–15 years in related fields with strong cloud and data analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7–15 years of experience in digital transformation, software engineering, product development, or IT innovation roles.
• Experience in insurance/financial services/fintech or regulated industries preferred.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital products or enterprise digital initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and system integration.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Go.
• Understanding of data analytics, AI, and digital customer experience solutions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Certification in cloud, Agile, DevOps, or cybersecurity is an advantage.
• Exposure to insurance core systems or digital distribution channels preferred.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with APIs, microservices architecture, and system integration.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or Go.
• Understanding of data analytics, AI capabilities, and digital customer experience solutions.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, IT governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, Agile, DevOps, or cybersecurity are an advantage.
• Exposure to insurance core systems, policy administration, claims management, or digital distribution channels is preferred.
