Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues in applications running on Windows.
• Provision and commission servers for UAT, MR, DR, and Production.
• Set up and install applications in various environments.
• Configure user IDs with appropriate access rights.
• Establish system connectivity (Connect Direct, FTP, MQ).
• Set up and configure SSL for secure application connectivity.
• Support SIT for In-Country Applications and UAT.
• Assist with performance and regression testing.
• Ensure DR readiness before go live, including DR testing.
• Prepare for production implementation and post-verification.

Overview

outsource role as technical delivery with below spec:

Responsibilities

• Able to do troubleshooting in case there is issue occurred in application that used Windows as platform.
• To provision and commission servers of UAT, MR, DR, and Production environment.
• To set up and install the applications of UAT, MR and DR and Production environment.
• To set up user ID for application layer with proper access rights, i.e Database ID, CD.
• To perform system connectivity, i.e Connect Direct, FTP and MQ.
• To set up SSL (security connectivity between applications), including to configure protocol and port open and close setup.
• To support SIT for ICA (In-Country Applications) and UAT.
• To support performance test and regression test.
• To support DR readiness prior to go live, including DR test.
• To prepare production implementation, technical live and post implementation verification.
• To support any issue in the production within project warranty period.

Qualifications

• Having 3 – 5 years in banking industry as technical delivery.
• Able to communicate both oral and written in English.
