Job summary

PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA seeks a Technical Delivery Lead to drive CASA Account Management project delivery in the banking sector. You will coordinate diverse stakeholders, supervise installation and configuration, and ensure timely, quality outcomes across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS and solid experience in IT project implementation. Banking domain familiarity and CASA systems knowledge are advantageous in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT project implementation, technical delivery, or technical project coordination.
Strong understanding of technical implementation processes, including installation, configuration, deployment, and application setup.
Experience coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, or other relevant parties.
Ability to monitor project progress, manage implementation issues, and ensure deliverables meet agreed milestones.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced project environment and proactively address implementation challenges.
Experience in banking or financial services projects is an advantage.
Familiarity with CASA or core banking systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
Perform and oversee technical activities, including installation, configuration, and application setup.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure implementation results meet the expected requirements.
Proactively manage project activities, identify potential roadblocks, and facilitate issue resolution to achieve project milestones.
Monitor and track project progress, deliverables, and implementation timelines.
Prepare project progress reports and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Identify issues requiring immediate attention and elevate them to the appropriate parties.
Ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project implementation lifecycle.
