Job summary

ICUBE is seeking a Project Manager in Jakarta to coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders for banking project implementations. The role emphasizes strong PM skills, SDLC familiarity, and proactive issue resolution in a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and has 2–5 years of PM/Delivery experience, with good English communication capabilities in written and oral form.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, prefer candidate who have experience in banking/financial institution project.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skill with positive and collaborative attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree from Information Technology, Management Informatica or related.
• Has 2-5 years experienced in Project Management/Project Delivery/Application Delivery.
• Has knowledge and experience in Software Development Life Cycle.
• Has knowledge and experiences in Core Banking is Preferred
• Proficiency with English (written and oral) is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Coordinate both technical and non-technical with respective parties to ensure implementation of this project.
• Perform technical execution during installation, configuration, application setup and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure output is as expected.
• Proactively execute project items and help provide resolution for project item that may become roadblock for project milestone.
• Monitor, track and report for project progress and update especially for item that require immediate attention/require escalation.
