Metrodata Electronics, Tbk. mencari seorang ERP Functional Consultant berpengalaman untuk mengelola implementasi D365 F&O, termasuk analisis proses bisnis, perancangan solusi, dan pelatihan pengguna.

Kandidat akan bekerja dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk memastikan deliverables yang sukses dan dukungan pasca-go-live. Posisi ini bersifat hybrid dengan lokasi di Jakarta Barat, bertugas mengoptimalkan modul Finance, Procurement, Inventory, dan lainnya sesuai kebutuhan proyek.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Conduct business process analysis, fit-gap assessment, and solution workshops with stakeholders.
• Configure and implement D365 F&O modules based on project and business requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation including BRD, FDD, and process flows.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, and defect resolution activities.
• Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and post go-live support.
• Advise clients on best practices, process improvements, and system optimization.
• Support data migration, system integration, and upgrade activities.
• Manage functional deliverables and mentor junior consultants when required.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain Management business processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.
• Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and reporting solutions.
• Strong knowledge of D365 F&O modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Warehouse, or Manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is an advantage.
