Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Translator & Administrative Assistant (Chinese-Indonesian) to support the General Manager with accurate translation of technical and contractual materials used in architectural and engineering projects in Indonesia.

You will translate between Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Chinese, provide interpretation during meetings, assist with daily administrative tasks, and help prepare reports and presentations for project coordination with foreign stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in translation/documentation roles
• Proficient in English and Chinese; strong Indonesian language skills
• Experience with technical and contractual documents
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common office software

Responsibilities

• Translate technical documents between Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Chinese
• Support multilingual meetings by providing interpretation services
• Assist management with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
• Assist project teams during meetings and coordination with foreign stakeholders
