Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Translator & Administrative Assistant (Chinese-Indonesian) to provide accurate translation and documentation support for architectural and engineering projects in Indonesia. You will translate between Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Chinese, and assist with contracts, emails, and internal materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in language, communication or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in translation/documentation roles with administrative support.
• Expertise in technical and professional translation, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common office software; professional-level English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical documents between Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Chinese.
• Support multilingual meetings by providing interpretation services and on-site translation.
• Assist management with daily administrative tasks, including schedule coordination, meeting arrangements, and document preparation.
• Support preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations.
• Assist project teams during meetings and coordination with foreign stakeholders.
