Markov Construction in Bali is seeking a hands-on Concrete Batching Plant Operator & Technician. The role involves operating the mobile batching plant, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and coordinating with site teams to ensure on-time concrete production.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, solid mechanical and basic electrical/pneumatic troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to work across BCM locations in Bali including early mornings and weekends when required.

Markov Construction is a Bali-based general contractor delivering structural and complete construction projects.
The company operates its own mobile concrete batching plant with an approximate production capacity of 30–35 m³ per hour. The equipment includes a JZM750 concrete mixer, PLD1200 aggregate batching machine, automatic control system, weighing systems, conveyors, pumps, pneumatic equipment, sensors and motors.
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on operator who can take responsibility for operating, inspecting, maintaining and repairing the complete batching plant.
The employee will work under the direction of BCM project management and coordinate with Site Managers, Project Managers, laboratory personnel, the Concrete Pump Operator and other site personnel.
Operate the batching plant safely and efficiently using automatic and manual controls.
Manage the complete production process from material loading through final concrete discharge.
Control the dosing of aggregates, cement, water and admixtures.
Follow approved concrete mix designs and production instructions.
Monitor weighing accuracy, mixing time, concrete consistency and production output.
Complete all required checks before starting production and after finishing each shift.
Keep basic records of production quantities and operational issues.
Inspect the complete batching plant and identify mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or control-system problems.
Maintain and repair the mixer, aggregate batching system, conveyors, screw conveyor, motors, pumps, sensors, valves and pneumatic equipment.
Check and calibrate aggregate, cement, water and admixture weighing systems.
Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication and replacement of worn components.
Prevent concrete buildup and ensure the mixer and plant are cleaned correctly after production.
Diagnose breakdowns and restore production with minimum downtime.
Monitor required tools, spare parts and consumable materials.
Maintain basic maintenance, breakdown and repair records.
Assist with dismantling, transportation, installation and recommissioning of the mobile batching plant when required.
Coordinate production timing with project management, laboratory personnel, the Concrete Pump Operator and site teams.
Follow all safety requirements when working around machinery, electricity, conveyors and pressurised systems.
Stop unsafe operation and report serious equipment defects immediately.
Take responsibility for the proper use, readiness and condition of the batching plant and company tools.
Minimum 3 years of practical experience operating concrete batching plants.
Proven practical experience maintaining and repairing batching-plant equipment.
Ability to operate both automatic and manual plant controls.
Understanding of the complete batching plant, not only the control panel.
Strong mechanical knowledge and basic electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting ability.
Understanding of concrete batching, mix proportions, weighing accuracy and production control.
Ability to identify incorrect batching, poor concrete consistency and equipment failure.
Ability to complete routine maintenance and repairs independently.
Very basic English is sufficient. The candidate must understand basic work, equipment and safety words.
Willing to work at different BCM project locations in Bali.
Willing to work according to concrete-pouring schedules, including early mornings, evenings or weekends when required.
Physically capable of inspecting, cleaning, maintaining and repairing the equipment.
Responsible, disciplined and careful with company machinery and tools.
Experience operating mobile batching plants with a capacity of approximately 25–35 m³ per hour.
Experience with JZM750 mixers, PLD1200 batching machines or similar equipment.
Technical education in mechanical, electrical or related work.
Experience dismantling, installing, commissioning or relocating mobile batching plants.
Experience producing different concrete grades for structural construction.
Knowledge of basic concrete quality-control and laboratory procedures.
Relevant batching-plant operator, mechanical, electrical or K3 certification.
Experience coordinating continuous concrete pours with concrete-pump operators and site teams.
Full-time employment with PT Bali Cahaya Makmur.
