Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to balance operational support with project delivery, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement, ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Strong hands‑on expertise with Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence, including administration, configuration, automation, permissions management and platform support
• Experience translating business requirements into practical technical solutions, evaluating different approaches and communicating recommendations to stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage both operational support responsibilities and project delivery commitments, including resolving complex technical issues and implementing solutions that utilise AI
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, gather requirements effectively, and work autonomously to deliver successful outcomes.
