Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in Cloud Computing, On-Premise Infrastructure, Data Centers and Networks.
• Certification in Cloud Computing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects for strategic customers including timelines, costs and deliverables.
• Maintain relationships with strategic customers for project and operations needs.
• Control budgets for resources used by the strategic customer for project and operation.
• Lead the technical team to deliver project requirements to the strategic customer.
• Oversee operations at the strategic customer and ensure contract scope is met.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders and lead project/operations meetings.
• Prepare project and operation documentation for the customer.
