Job summary

PT Visionet Data Internasional is seeking an IT Recruitment professional responsible for end-to-end hiring, sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and JobStreet, CV screening, HR interviews, and assessments. The role partners with Hiring Managers to define requirements and builds a robust pipeline of IT talent.

The candidate will coordinate technical interviews, offers, onboarding, and salary negotiations while monitoring SLA and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment, preferably handling Cyber Security roles.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Experience recruiting technical or niche IT positions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, databases, referrals, and other platforms.
• Conduct CV screening, HR interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of IT talents.
• Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding.
• Conduct salary negotiation and manage candidate expectations.
• Monitor recruitment SLA, hiring progress, and recruitment KPIs.
• Provide recruitment market insights and talent availability updates.
