The role sits at the intersection of technology, public policy, digital transformation, and innovation, requiring extensive engagement with government agencies, donors, private sector partners, and MSC teams to manage technical assistance, gather requirements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Additional certifications or training in digital transformation, AI/ML, cloud, data engineering, enterprise architecture, or technology policy are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support major technical assistance assignments focused on digital solutions and DPI components.
• Manage client interactions and project execution, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
• Lead requirement gathering, issue analysis, and solution design, delivering practical technical recommendations.
• Prepare presentations, technical notes, and roadmaps for government and donor stakeholders.
• Oversee solution ideation, architecture discussions, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with internal MSC teams and external partners through all project phases.
• Conduct research and produce analytical reports and thematic papers.
