Job summary

Luxfeline Global Technology is seeking an Affiliator Manager to grow our creator and affiliate ecosystem in Indonesia. You will recruit tech-focused KOLs/KOCs, manage TAP and Shopee Affiliate tools, and optimize campaigns for higher GMV.

You will coordinate product seeding, craft technical talking points, and build lasting creator relationships to align with Payday Sales and New Product launches. Based onsite in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in KOL management or affiliate marketing.
• Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Shopee Affiliate.
• Existing Indonesia tech/KOL network.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and onboarding of KOLs/KOCs in tech reviews.
• Manage TAP dashboard and Shopee tools, set commissions.
• Coordinate product seeding for devices.
• Provide talking points on specs to creators.
• Analyze GMV and optimize partner spend.
• Build long-term relationships with creators.
• Align activities with campaign days.
