Job summary

AQUA ELEKTRONIK PRODUCT SERVICE & SUPPORT in Medan, Sumatera Utara, is seeking an experienced Service & Support Supervisor to coordinate repair operations and lead technicians. You will supervise field technicians, monitor spare parts, maintain dealer relationships, and report daily results to Head Office while ensuring EMC standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities require strong leadership, communication, and ERP/MS Office proficiency, with at least 4 years in a similar role

Qualifications

4 years of experience in the same position.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good networking and negotiation abilities.
Solid knowledge of technical issues and leadership capabilities.
Inter-personal skills, fast learning, team development mindset.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily work plans with technicians and review targets.
Supervise technicians during repairs and assist with issues.
Visit Authorized Service Centers to maintain relationships and discuss challenges.
Monitor spare parts availability and monthly requirements.
Prepare and submit daily reports to Head Office.
Issue tax invoices and manage spare parts sales administration.
Ensure office operations and supplies are readily available.
