Independent Consultant Company is seeking a Team Leader for Technical Consultant / Construction Supervision for PLTS projects in Serang, Indonesia. The role requires directing a multidisciplinary team, overseeing EPC construction activities, and ensuring compliance with contract and technical specifications.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years of PLTS supervision, and at least 3 years in a managerial role, with willingness to be based at the project

Qualifications

• Willing to be based at the project site in Serang Regency, Banten.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate all experts and personnel within the Supervision Consultant team.
• Control and monitor EPC construction activities to meet contract, MFS, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Review and monitor the EPC Contractor's engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Monitor progress against the schedule and S-Curve; identify delays and propose mitigations.
• Coordinate the review of design documents, materials, work methods, inspections, and testing.
• Provide technical recommendations and solutions to the Employer during construction.
• Ensure construction activities comply with quality, safety, technical codes, and project specs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly progress reports, S-Curve reports, and NCRs.
• Lead coordination meetings with Employer and EPC Contractor (weekly/monthly).
• Ensure readiness for pre-commissioning and commissioning per PLN COD standards.
• Act as Employer's representative within project contract authority.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Team Leader for the Technical Consultant / Construction Supervision for PLTS project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PLTS construction supervision.
• Minimum 3 years of experience at Managerial level or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience in controlling construction activities, including engineering, quality, schedule, safety, and progress control.
• Good understanding of technical documents, including DED, Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and design/calculation reports.
• Understanding of inspection, testing, quality control, and construction completion through commissioning.
• Professional certification relevant to the position is preferred.
• Willing to be based at the project site in Serang Regency, Banten.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor EPC construction activities to ensure compliance with the contract, Minimum Function Specification (MFS), approved design, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Review and monitor the EPC Contractor's engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and S-Curve, including identifying potential delays and recommending mitigation measures.
• Coordinate the review of design documents, materials, work methods, inspections, testing, and other technical project documentation.
• Provide technical recommendations and solutions to the Employer regarding issues arising during construction.
• Ensure construction activities comply with applicable quality, safety, technical codes, and project specifications.
• Coordinate the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, S-Curve reports, executive summaries, and Non-Conformity Reports (NCR).
• Lead and participate in coordination meetings with the Employer and EPC Contractor, including weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc meetings.
• Ensure all infrastructure and equipment are ready for pre-commissioning and commissioning in accordance with PLN requirements and COD standards.
• Act as the Employer's representative within the authority delegated under the project contract.
