Job summary

PT. Tiga Inti Pilar Group is seeking a Supervisor Electrical & Instrument for placement at Jabung Block Area, Jambi Province.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in electrical & instrumentation construction, preferably in EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Mining, or Industrial projects. You will lead installation, testing, and commissioning, supervise subcontractors, and ensure HSE and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Instrumentation engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Electrical & Instrumentation construction (EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Mining, or Industrial projects).
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation and instrumentation systems.
• Experience supervising installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, datasheets, and other engineering documents.
• Familiar with relevant codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Experience with pre-commissioning and commissioning is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to supervise subcontractors and manage site manpower effectively.
• Strong awareness and commitment to HSE and quality requirements.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a project/site environment.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites and travel as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering/construction.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills.
