Job summary

Verint is seeking a senior software professional in Indonesia to lead the development and delivery of features, mentor the engineering team, and collaborate with Product Management and Global R&D. The role requires solid experience in Java or .NET, OOP, and modern frontend tech such as React.js and TypeScript.

Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and databases is essential. The candidate will drive architecture discussions, ensure non-functional requirements are met,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience using Java or .NET.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Java development and modern frontend technologies including React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift/OKD, CI/CD tools, and monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Understanding of SDLC, testing practices, cloud deployment, and performance optimization.
• Proven leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
