We are an established pre-school with more than 20 years experience and located all over Indonesia. One of our new branch in Balikpapan is looking for Teachers / Assistant Teachers (English / Mandarin) / Admin.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.

Create a welcoming, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.

Prepare students/administration report to the Principal regularly.

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and achievements.

Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators to support program goals.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.

Manage the school's administration and ensure that they are updated regularly.

Requirements:

University graduate with relevant working experience in preschool setting

A mature, positive and disciplined person who is willing to embark on new journey with Apple Tree Pre-School

Fluent in English, conversational and written (Chinese is a plus)

Computer literate and can write detailed reports within daily preschool operational setting

Team-player, skilled at building strong rapport with both colleagues and parents

Good analytical thinking, problem solver, fast-learner and adaptable into new environment

Patient with children, energetic, creative, able to handle pressure

Good capability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
