Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) Indonesia is seeking a Program Officer to support TB vaccine readiness. You will perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, gather and validate data, and prepare concise materials for government and donor engagements.

The role requires close coordination with the National TB Program, EPI, and other partners. The position emphasizes hands-on delivery, independent work on routine tasks, and timely reporting under the Senior Program Manager, Vaccines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field; master’s degree is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in health policy, health financing, or global health.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize information.
• Excellent written outputs and ability to present to government and donors.
• Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication; proficient MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support TB vaccine readiness workstreams with quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Validate data from government systems, partners, and sources for readiness planning.
• Develop presentations, briefs, and analyses for government, donor, and partner engagements.
• Coordinate with National TB Program and ministry counterparts for milestones and reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, project documentation, and donor reporting processes.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within CHAI and global vaccines team.
