Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead Indonesia’s TB vaccine readiness work.

You will oversee strategy, technical quality, and delivery of a multi-year program, coordinating with government and donors to implement the National TB Vaccine Readiness Roadmap. You will manage a diverse team, synthesize complex evidence into clear presentations, and drive budget planning and donor reporting while maintaining strong relationships with ministry counterparts

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with strong health economics experience.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs in health.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TB vaccine readiness program with overall strategy and delivery responsibility.
• Manage multi-workstream delivery across governance, forecasting, financing, readiness, and introduction planning.
• Develop high‑quality technical analyses and present to senior government and donors.
• Build senior relationships across national health authorities and partners.
• Manage and develop project team, including performance and workforce planning.
• Forecast budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure donor compliance.
