Job summary

The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) Indonesia is seeking a Program Officer to support TB vaccine readiness work, reporting to the Senior Program Manager, Vaccines.

The role combines quantitative and qualitative analysis, data validation, and close coordination with the National TB Program and other government bodies. You will manage defined workstreams, prepare briefing materials, and help ensure timely delivery of the National TB Vaccine Readiness Roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in global health, health economics, or analytic roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data synthesis abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of TB vaccine readiness work and execute defined workstreams.
• Gather, review, and validate data from government systems and partners.
• Develop presentations, briefs, and analyses for government and donor engagements.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate with CHAI Indonesia leadership.
• Contribute to planning, budgeting, and donor reporting.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
