Job summary

PT Alliance Consumer Products Indonesia, a leading manufacturing company in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to join our Sei Mangkei soap plant in North Sumatra. You will oversee tax reporting, VAT, PPh, and PBB compliance and lead tax analysis to support management decisions.

Qualified candidates have a Diploma/Bachelor in Tax/Accounting with 3–5 years in taxation, strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, and hands-on experience with SAP and Coretax, e-Faktur and e-Bupot.

Qualifications

• Degree in Tax/Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years in taxation, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Knowledge of PPh, VAT, PBB and customs-related taxes.
• Experience with SAP and Coretax; familiarity with e-Faktur and e-Bupot.
• Experience handling tax audits (SP2DK) and DJP correspondence.

Responsibilities

Job description

PT Alliance Consumer Products Indonesia, a leading manufacturing company in Indonesia, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Tax Supervisor to join our team in KEK Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatra. As Tax Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring full tax compliance and overseeing tax reporting and analysis.

Job Description

Ensure timely and compliant reporting and payment of all taxes (PPh, VAT, PBB), including tax assessment of invoices and VAT-Out creation.

Manage input and output VAT reconciliation with customs documents and Coretax, calculate and process withholding tax (Article 4(2), 21, 23, 26), issue WHT certificates, and submit tax returns.

Prepare tax reports and analysis for management, including SIMODIS reporting, fixed asset and financial reconciliation (commercial vs. fiscal), and monthly/annual tax filings.

Support tax audits and disputes, including responding to tax office inquiries (e.g. SP2DK), liaising with the Tax Office during audits/appeals, and managing tax risk.

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Tax/Accounting

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG company

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, VAT, PBB, customs-related tax documents)

Experience with SAP and Coretax; familiarity with e-Faktur and e-Bupot

Proven experience handling tax audits, SP2DK, and correspondence with the Tax Office (DJP)

Brevet A & B certification

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in English (spoken and written)
