PT SECOM Indonesia is seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to lead our tax operations and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented and proficient with Coretax and e-Faktur.

PT SECOM Indonesia is looking for an experienced Tax Supervisor to lead our tax operations and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with Coretax and e-Faktur, and confident coordinating across departments.
Supervise and manage daily tax activities, including tax calculation, preparation, reporting, and payment
Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and applicable deadlines
Review and monitor monthly tax compliance, including VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23/26, PPh 4(2), PPh 25/29, and other applicable taxes
Prepare and review SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan and ensure accurate and timely tax reporting through Coretax
Perform tax reconciliation between accounting records, tax reports, and supporting documents
Monitor e-Faktur, tax invoices, withholding tax slips (bukti potong), and other tax documentation
Assist in handling tax audits, tax clarification requests, tax objections, and correspondence with the Indonesian Tax Authority (DJP)
Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, AP, AR, Procurement, and other departments to ensure proper tax treatment of transactions
Monitor tax risks and identify opportunities for tax efficiency while maintaining compliance
Review tax-related accounting entries and ensure proper tax treatment in accordance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
Maintain complete and organized tax documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Keep updated with changes in Indonesian tax regulations and communicate relevant impacts to management and related departments.
Prepare tax analysis, reports, and management updates as required.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Tax, preferably with experience as a Tax Senior/Supervisor.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and tax compliance.
Hands-on experience with Coretax and e-Faktur.
Experience in handling tax audits and tax reconciliation is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good command of Microsoft Excel.
Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Experience in PPh and VAT is required.
Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
