Job summary

PT Eka Bogainti is seeking a Tax Specialist to prepare and maintain tax documents, ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations, and support the restaurant group’s tax filings.

Responsibilities include tax research, data coordination with internal teams, and assisting audits. Willingness to travel to audits and stock takes is required, with in-person assessment at the Ciracas Head Office, East Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum education in Taxation or Accounting (D3/S1).
• Restaurant industry experience with PB1 (restaurant tax).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain tax documents and reports in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with tax calculations, reconciliations, and filings (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Conduct tax research and analyze transactions for proper tax treatment.
• Coordinate with internal departments to verify tax data.
• Monitor regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Prepare supporting documents for tax audits and inspections.
• Maintain tax reporting schedules and handle admin tasks.
• Willing to travel for audits and stocktaking.

Qualification:

Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Taxation or Accounting.

Experience in the restaurant industry and a good understanding of PB1 (restaurant tax).

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Willingness to attend an in-person assessment and work at the Head Office in Ciracas, East Jakarta.
