PT Gandum Mas Kencana is seeking a detail-oriented Tax Staff to handle Indonesian tax compliance. You will prepare periodic and annual tax returns, maintain records, and coordinate with internal teams and external parties. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is expected, with knowledge of DJP Online and related tools.

The role is based in Tangerang City and requires 1–2 years of taxation experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and able to meet tax reporting deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, taxation, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in taxation, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution.
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 25/29, PPN).
• Experience preparing SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan returns.
• Proficient with tax administration systems (DJP Online, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, Coretax DJP).
• Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and deadline-driven.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and submit periodic and annual tax returns (SPT Masa, SPT Tahunan).
• Maintain accurate tax records and perform tax reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on tax matters.
• Assist with tax planning and compliance activities to mitigate risk.

Description du poste

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution company.

Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 25/29, and PPN.

Experienced in preparing and submitting periodic tax returns (SPT Masa) and annual tax returns (SPT Tahunan).

Familiar with tax administration systems, including DJP Online, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and Coretax DJP.

Able to prepare tax reconciliation, verify tax documents, and maintain accurate tax records.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with accounting or ERP systems.

Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to meet tax reporting deadlines.

Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal departments and external parties.

Willing to be placed in Tangerang City.
