Job summary

Narindo Solusi Telekomunikasi, PT is seeking a detail-oriented Tax Staff to manage monthly and annual Indonesian tax obligations, including calculating and filing SPT Masa, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and PPN.

The role involves preparing tax payment documents, maintaining organized records, coordinating with external departments and tax consultants, and staying up to date with tax regulations. A Bachelor degree in accounting or tax with 1–2 years’ experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or tax.
• 1–2 years of experience in tax staff roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), PPN).
• Familiarity with Coretax and e-filing tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and calculate monthly and annual corporate tax obligations.
• Prepare and submit monthly tax returns (SPT Masa) including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPN.
• Create tax payment documents (ID Billing) and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate tax records and organized filing (digital and physical).
• Coordinate with external department and tax consultants as needed.
• Support implementation of new tax regulations within the company.
• Stay updated with changes in Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Assist during tax audits, reviews, or requests from the DJP.

Job description

Prepare and calculate monthly and annual corporate tax obligations in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations

Prepare and submit monthly tax returns (SPT Masa), including but not limited to PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPN, etc

Prepare tax payment documents (ID Billing) and ensure timely tax payments

Maintain accurate tax records and documentation, include organized tax filing (digital and physical)

Coordinate with external department & external tax consultants when required.

Support implementation of new tax regulations within the company.

Keep updated with changes in Indonesian tax laws and regulations.

Assist during tax audits, tax reviews, or requests from the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP).

Requirements :

Bachelor degree of accounting/tax with 1-2 years experiences as tax staff. Experience working in tax consultant firm is highly plus point.

Strong knowledge and experience of Ms. Excel (Pivot, Vlookup/Xlookup, Sumifs, If, Basic data analysis)

Strong knowledge of tax regulation, including but not limited to PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPN, etc

Familiar with Coretax, e-faktur, e-bupot, e-billing, e-filing, etc in daily role

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Willing to continuously learn and stay updated with changes in tax regulations.
