Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounting & Tax Staff to support daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. You will maintain accurate financial records, prepare tax documentation, and assist with audits while ensuring timely reporting.

Responsibilities include bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance, SPt filing, and assisting monthly/year-end closings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation is required.
• Experience in accounting and tax is preferred.
• Brevet A & B certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile daily bank transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update fixed asset records including additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare and reconcile tax data including SPT and related Indonesian tax filings.
• Maintain schedules for asset and liability accounts to support financial reporting.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing processes related to accounting and taxation.
• Support external auditors and tax consultants by preparing required documents and schedules.
• Ensure accounting records and tax documentation are accurate and compliant.
• Perform other accounting and taxation tasks as assigned.

Job Description

• Monitor and reconcile daily bank transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update fixed asset records, including additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare and reconcile tax data, including WHT Article 23, Article 4(2), Article 25, and Article 21 (non-employee).
• Maintain detailed schedules for asset and liability accounts to support financial reporting.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing processes related to accounting and taxation.
• Support external auditors and tax consultants by preparing required documents and schedules.
• Ensure accounting records and tax documentation are accurate, organized, and comply with applicable regulations.
• Perform other accounting and taxation tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting and Tax.
• Holding Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
• Experienced in preparing and filing SPT (Monthly and Annual Tax Returns).
• Good understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software/ERP is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
